Stray dogs that are picked up by ASPA from the streets of Bucharest are being starved to death
The photo of a stray dog picked up off the streets by the Authority for the Protection and Control of Animals (ASPA), led by Razvan Bancescu, was posted on a social network. The dog is currently held in the Pallady public shelter.
The shocking image proves that ASPA employees do not take care of the animals that they pick up off the streets, starving them to death. Furthermore, the living conditions are extremely harsh. The dogs are forced to live among piles of feces and in cages that are packed full.
