The first hydrogen-powered tram rolled of a Chinese assembly line on Thursday. Scientists say that its only emission will be water.
Just three minutes are required to refuel the tram’s hydrogen fuel cells, travelling one hundred kilometers on one fill, and reaching the top speed of 70km/h.
The tram can carry 380 passengers at a time and will very soon hit the streets.
