William Branza appears on the famous list of officers of the Ministry of Defense, where journalist Robert Turcescu is also found. At the end of August, Branza announced his candidacy in the presidential elections of this year, for the Romanian Ecologist Party (PER).
The PER candidate recently declared, during a B1 TV show, answering a question on this topic, that he had “nothing to do with the secret service”. He was asked if, in the case in which he were an undercover officer, he would have felt the need to clarify this subject. “Whatever anyone would say, his answer is not needed. If I were an undercover officer, I would have violated the law if I got into politics” said Branza.
