Vladimir Putin: Ukrainian forces are „directly targeting residential neighborhoods”
On Monday, Russian President Vladimir Putin accused the European leaders of ignoring the military actions of the Ukrainian forces which are targeting civilian areas, according to AFP.
Ukrainian forces are „directly targeting residential neighborhoods”, declared the Russian head of state, according to images broadcasted by Russian television.
„Unfortunately, many countries, from Europe as well, prefer not to notice them” denounced Putin, accusing Kiev of refusing a „political dialogue” with Eastern Ukraine.
